Clarity Automotive Consultancy was formed with the desire to strengthen the partnerships and operational success of both dealerships and their 3rd party providers. With so much change across the automotive landscape in the last few years and many skillsets lost during covid, there is a need to regain clarity for what good looks like. Compliance changes, increasing digital platforms and the need to develop new operational procedures to meet these changes has resulted in many internal structures failing or having detrimental gaps.

This is where Clarity Automotive Consultancy comes in. We support both independents and dealer groups in their varied challenges within the industry, to develop, deliver and fix these crucial processes. While giving 3rd party providers the insights, knowledge and the vocabulary to communicate, provide solutions and establish relationships with those dealers.

Welcome to Clarity Automotive Consultancy!
Hi I’m Clare Freemantle, the founder of Clarity Automotive.
I started in the industry in 2004 as a Fleet Sales Administrator, and like many people in the industry I fell into sales, immediately loving the energy of the showroom. Over time I moved into various roles including, Business Development Manager for Dealer Groups and an OEM, Head of Business, Group F&I Director, Group Sales & Marketing Director, culminating in 20 years experience and a passion in helping the people behind the business and sales.
Those who have worked with me know I have a tenacious desire to establish what good looks like and with that I lead teams to be passionate in delivering that. With so many great enthusiastic people in this industry I still wake up every day excited to work with them.
Having trained as a counsellor, I am able to really listen to people and understand their needs and spot the miscommunication that is holding back progress. I am a natural conjugate and manage to create the bridge that is often needed in communication to move performance to the next level. Clarity is what I can deliver, through integrity, passion and enthusiasm for this great industry.
